This is the reconstruction of my 2005-6 blog from Antarctica, previously hosted at my dedicated domain ‘antarcticavirtua.net’. It has been painfully retrieved and reconstituted from an SQL backup dump from an old Drupal v.5.n install that no longer exists. I will be polishing it up over some period I think, especially as I try to replace images and video – but here is the main text content.
